If this song were playing and I had to leave the club, I’d be pretty pissed because this song is dope. Produced by The Cataracs, this song will have your heart thumping and your fist pumping. The Cataracs made it big with “Like a G6” which they produced for the Far East Movement, and have another hit with “Kick Us Out”. This song is exactly the kind of catchy, bass heavy, electronic music that is so popular nowadays. If this song is released as a single, don’t be surprised if it heats up the charts as well.

It’s always funny hearing a good song months before it becomes popular. You’re sitting there, bobbing your head, shaking your ass, or whatever your go to move is (mine is the swirling sausage), and you’re like, this song could be a hit! Except that only you and a few other people know it so its more personal, as if you been granted exclusive access to it.

That’s how I felt about the Far East Movement’s “Like A G6”. I could count on one hand the people I knew who’d heard the song, and that was fine with me. But since the song has blown up, trending up the Billboard Top 100 to the #2 spot. While I’m happy for their success, the song will be so outplayed that I’ll probably hate it after a while (this is why I don’t listen to radio).
